White Wine By The Bottle
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. White fruit and tropical fruit aroma. In mouth is fresh, fruity, balanced with good acidity.
Pale yellow wine with greenish highlights, light release of natural carbon dioxide. Aromas of great richness and complexity, predominance of fruity aromas highlighting the citrus character over the floral aromas ( specially orange flower). In the taste there is a sweetness and salinity note, after a few seconds dominates a freshness transmitted by the light acidity.
White wine made from the Albariño vines located in the North Western Shire of Salves in Galicia and following the traditional method developed in the area, resulting in one of the best tasting wines for discerning palates.
Lemon yellow colour with golden hues and bright lime green hints. On the nose notes of seed-fruits such as green-apples, and specially Blanquilla pears, appear. Over a subtle floral and persistent background. The mouth-feel is spirited , leaving a fresh sensation, that links with what appeared on the nose (little flowers and green fruit on the verge of ripening) The aftertaste is saline, with mineral notes and hints of ginger mixed with lichees and other exotic fruits. Blimey! Sounds good to us.
Young wine, made with Verdejo and Viura grapes, which provide elegant fruity aromas, fleshiness and persistence on the palate.
White wine with an antique- gold tone, brilliant in nose, harmonious and subtle between ripe fruit and vanilla notes. Fully assembled, in the mouth offers a long, elegant drink with a forest fruit and ripe fruit beginning ; grape fruit, acid apple, all marked by floral aromas that envelope the mouth giving a spicy flowers ( orange flower, honeysuckle ) combining the primary grape aromas. Perfectly balanced, fresh retronasal, elegant and persistent. The bosses favourite!
Red Wine By The Bottle
Classic ruby red with hints of a light brick red colour. Very complex and intense aroma, with fine scents of aging which are assembled perfectly: vanilla, spices and herbs. Very ripe fruit recollections appear. In the palate, it is a finely balanced wine, with a polished and elegant body, with a long and pleasant aftertaste. Matches especially well with roasted lamb, cutlets barbequed on vine shoots, fish in sauce recipes, as well as smoked and cured cheese. Excellent wine to accompany chocolate desserts.
Shows an intense purple red with violet shades. Very fruity, intense and fresh, with hints of blackberry compote and balsamic. Spicy hints due to its time in oak barrels. In the mouth it is fresh and persistently fruity, round and balanced, velvety and meaty with long aftertaste. A perfectly integrated touch of oak can be appreciated
Cherry colour with purple rim. On the nose, subtle red fruit aromas with underlying hints of vanilla from the wood. Fruity hints which leave a long, elegant aftertaste. Nice.
Intense cherry colour. Ripe dark fruit aromas and touches of wood (due to its maceration) are present. Concentrated and flavourful on the palate. Dark fruit and fine woods tannins are present. We call it Gutsy with atitude!
Deep colour, still ruby. Relatively restrained nose, creamy with strawberry. Elegant, very smooth palate, red fruit, some spice and dusty oak that is well integrated. Medium+ ripe and integrated tannin. Perhaps a touch soft on the finish but this is a lovely wine
Cherry red with ruby hues. Ruby, deep and dark. Complexity and subtlety. Autumnal red fruit with spice and salt. Plums, figs, hazelnuts and walnuts. Well balanced, very subtle on the palate, permeating throughout. In the mouth, ripe black fruit stands along with hazelnut and walnut, balsamic flavor develops. Wood quality, balanced, which gives for a spicy taste, with a nice saline finish. Tasty and full all the way, staying long in mouth.
This wine is very aromatic, with black fruits and some sweetness in the nose. In the palate, very good fruit character, with black fruits appearing again, good acidity (that makes your mouth water and helps pair this wine with food) and silky tannins. Cooks big brothers fav!
The 2020 is richly coloured with forthright aromatics dominated by notes of blackberry, liquorice, tar and mocha. Behind the sun-dried herbs and liqueur de cassis, there are neatly weaved tannins and natural balancing mineral acidity at the back in the name of self-restraint. 2010 is a fine vintage, combining power and elegance; the former will cede to the latter, acquiescent in nature’s planned scheme
It’s earthy, with plenty of red fruit to round out the rough edges. It’s silky in the mouth, with a wonderfully long, earthy finish.
Selected grapes from four different ‘pagos’ which provide us with fantastic nuances of youth and freshness for its aging in French oak barrels.
The combination of that youthness, freshness and joy and the contribution of soft toasted flavour from our selection of barrels allows us to reach a perfect balance for the most discerning palate.
- Deep dark cherry red hues, with good clean and bright sheen. Light aromas of Crianza with predominance of fruit. In the mouth, well-integrated acidity, broad and intense in flavor

Rose By The Bottle
Pink icing with raspberry tones. Aromas of ripe red fruit seasoned with herbs light memories.
Dry encounter with good skeleton, something vinous with a final fruit.
Clean and bright at first glance soon after we appreciate notes of fresh fruit and a touch of acidity that make it unforgettable
